SERVICES

A Home Inspection is a visual, non-invasive, not exhaustive inspection. The most important tool is the eyes and willingness to climb to, crawl on, and care to see as much as possible.

Pre - Purchase Inspection

This is the most common type of inspection. Before the client makes that final purchase they need to know what they are getting and what to expect. The client is encouraged to be present to see and ask questions. This gives the client a chance to see the house through the inspectors eyes.

Pre-Sale Inspection

Pre-sale inspections are rapidly moving to the front of the line as the best practice for the seller. This is for the home owner who is preparing to sell. Its the best way to avoid surprises and amendments to your sale. This inspection may also hasten the sale and ensure the best price.

Walkthrough Inpectioion

A walk through inspection is limited in that it does not include a written report or pictures. Its best for those with limited time or resourses. The purchaser is strongly encouraged to bring a note pad or clip board and camera on this inspection to record information for future reference.

         Log Home Inspection

These structures are unique and diverse from beginning to end. They require an inspection with understanding of types and styles. While this inspection may take twice as long as a conventional inspection the added time and cost is ( in my passionate opinion ) value added. From fully machined, full hand scribed, square or round log, piece en piece, chinked or stack wall, heritage or newly built. The client will have knowledge about the structure and special care to keep that beauty for generations.
